PROSPECT+ stands as a capacity-building Horizon 2020 initiative tailored for cities and regions, designed to empower regional and local authorities to finance and execute sustainable energy plans with maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
At the heart of PROSPECT+ lies its Capacity-Building Programme (CBP) which concentrates on introducing innovative financial approaches for energy and climate actions. By "innovative," we refer to avenues beyond conventional subsidy-based financing and traditional bank loans.
